Shipping & Delivery

We ship all across Global with love and care!

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days via Courier service.
  • Shipping Fee: Flat Rs. 300 nationwide. Free shipping on select offers stay connected!
  • Tracking: You’ll get an email/SMS with tracking once your order ships.

Return & Exchange

We want you to feel great about every purchase. If something’s off, let’s fix it!
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging
  • Tags are intact, and proof of purchase is available
  • If the product is wrong or damaged, kindly share photos/videos.
  • Items bought on sale or returned due to change of mind are not eligible.
  • Once approved, returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping cost is borne by customer for returns/exchanges.

  • All custom orders require full advance payment, since each piece is made especially for you.
  • Please allow 5–7 extra working days for customization.
  • Customized products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
